Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

• Custom-made or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
